This form is for incoming freshman for an upcoming term. This form is NOT for current students in attendance that are wishing to change a previously declared major.

This appeal is only for students who have previously paid the graduation application fee for the same degree in a previous term.

(public) Assistance for prospective international students (F1, J1 visa), parents, or organizations interested in UNR or who have questions on the admission requirements or checking the status of their newly submitted international application.

Assistance for current or former students on how to order an official or unofficial transcript, checking the status of an order placed, or why an order is not able to be processed.

This form is intended to be used by transfer applicants that have not attempted 24 transferrable credits and are wishing to have their application type switched to "freshman with transfer credits"

For Current Students that have received the WUE/PEP expiration notice and are requesting an extension

This form is for students who graduated prior to 2024 and whose diploma was held due to a financial hold on their account. This form must be submitted in order for the University to release your diploma.
