Rejoin Computer to Domain

Click Request Service if your on-campus University-owned computer has fallen off the UNR domain. 

To help us rejoin the machine, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Exact error message
  • Troubleshooting steps taken
  • Location of computer
  • Make and model of the computer
  • The serial number/service tag of the computer
  • Hostname (If possible)
