IMPORTANT: All lost or stolen Digital Wolf Pack iPads and Microsoft Surfaces must first be reported to UNR Police Services.
Click Notify OIT to alert the Office of Information Technology that your DWPI device was reported lost or stolen. Your device will then be sent a remote lock command from the appropriate management platform. For iPads, Jamf will enable Lost Mode, which locks the device and reports its general location via GPS coordinates. A message will be displayed on the device with instructions to return it to UNR Police Services. For Microsoft Surfaces, a similar remote lock will be initiated through Intune. Note: the device will require a network connection (WiFi or ethernet) in order to receive the remote lock command.
